Susan graduated from the Australian National University in 2004 with a degree in Science Communication. She then went on to obtain a degree in Veterinary Science from the University of Sydney in 2009 and has a Masters of Veterinary Studies in Small Animal Practice from Murdoch. She has worked in both small animal and mixed practices in the Northern Rivers of NSW, and in emergency veterinary practice in her hometown of Hobart. In her role as Technical Services Veterinarian, she enjoys discussing cases with vets, providing educational seminars and technical product literature, and attending conferences. She is passionate about maximising animal comfort by resolving their dermatology and endocrine diseases.
Like most vets, Suz has a small menagerie of animals including two Australian Cattle Dogs called Whisper and Elmo, a Macquarie Short-Necked turtle called Turtlemino, and a retired horse called Peake.
