Elanora Veterinary Clinic , NSW
Other things you should know about me
Job Title: The Master
How I arrived at the clinic: I was lying collapsed in the hot sun, two streets away from the clinic, when a member of the public noticed me. As the lady had no transport, she rang the clinic and Dr Gail made a mercy dash to collect me. I arrived at the clinic very distressed, struggling to breathe and unable to stand or walk. I had a very large paralysis tick attached to my neck – one of the dangers of being a cat on Sydney’s Northern Beaches! My owners were unable to afford treatment and decided to surrender me in the hope that if I survived, I would find a new home. Thankfully my good looks and charming personality won over all the ladies at Elanora Vet Clinic, and it has been home for over 6 years now!
My favourite things: Food, sitting on warm office equipment, food, doing complimentary ‘cat scans’ for inpatients, opening cupboard doors to get attention, dressing up for the annual Christmas Card, sleeping in the waiting room on my chair in the sun & being admired by my fans, and food – anyone’s!
My naughtiest habits: Appointing myself clinic food tester by ripping open brand new bags of cat food, stealing patients’ food if left in cages unattended, demanding to be let in/out of the front door then changing my mind.
My special needs: Portion control at meal times and my own chair with wheels so I can continue to sleep while being moved from room to room.
