Welcoming Commitee

My day-to-day task list

My day starts by waking mum up at 5am and going for a morning run. After we get home I demolish my breakfast and wait for mum so we can go to work. First thing I do when I get to work is check up on everyone and give them a big hug and usually a little kiss! If the boss's dog "Woody" is there we usually have a big wrestle until he needs to go for his midday nap. I tend to go on adventures around the clinic, I find new ways to sneak through out into reception or where the animals are. I try to make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed cause my work can be a bit scary for some people, but I Love it! If mum would let me, I would sit in on her consults to observe and make sure things run smoothly but this only happens occasionally. My last task for the day is spreading my toys from my toy box (Yes, I'm lucky enough to have my own toy box) and spreading them around the clinic.

My favourite things

My favourite thing to do is go to work with mum, saying hello to all my adoring fans from other businesses, dominating "Woody" (boss's dog) in our wrestling matches, eating the veggies ears and liver treats at work. Out side of work I love going on running trails with mum, swimming at the beach and local river, cuddling and socializing.

My naughtiest habit

My naughtiest habits would have to be trying to eat the bandage tape that has been prepped for the patients, eating the blood tubes and stealing toilet paper. So much fun!

What do my clients think of me?

Dont tell my mum but I think I'm more popular then her! I think that is why I have started to spend a bit more time at home rather then at work with her. Shes jealous of all the attention I get. Other dogs parents recognize me out and about before they recognize her. So, I think I'm better looking too ;)

Other things you should know about me

Unfortunatley our clinic cat "Rupert" passed away so I had to step up and take on my new role. I think Rupert would be very proud of how I'm doing. Rest in Peace Rupey.
