Job title

Primary Purr Giver/Cat Ward Warden

My day-to-day task list

I start my day with a good chat and lots of cuddles with the opening nurse, while of course making sure the first task of the day is preparing my breakfast. After I've scoffed my food I walk through the clinic to inspect all the nooks and crannies to make sure there's no geckos hiding there. After these exhausting tasks it's time for my midday nap - which usually lasts between 10:00am to 5:00pm, then it's back to reminding the nurses that I must be fed promptly.

My favourite things

FOOD, clean laundry, sleeping and decorating my cage with cat litter

My naughtiest habit

Peeing behind the reception door and other high-traffic areas, occasionally using the nurses' legs as a scratching post and chewing holes in the bags of food used for hospital patients

What do my clients think of me?

As I am so confident and friendly all the clients who meet me love me wether they want it or not as I just go up to them and demand pats by rubbing against their legs and win them over with my beautiful green eyes

Other things you should know about me

I came to Greencross Kenmore in November 2015 as my urethra was blocked and I could not urinate. I stayed in hospital with them for a few days while they took care of me and returned me to a full bill of health!

Unfortunately I returned in February 2016, again blocked, my bladder was hard as a rock and also with a prolapsed rectum. My lovely owners unfortunately could not afford another big bill and extensive time in hospital. As the team at Greencross had fallen in love with me they offered to take me on and my owners were very grateful, they still come and visit me every few weeks! I love seeing them and miss them very much but am very comfortable at the clinic and have formed very strong, loving bonds with the staff.

I am still undergoing treatment for my ongoing urinary tract issues, I have had bladder surgery and an ultrasound and many vet examinations - I'm a bit of a mystery! Despite all of this I am bright and happy as ever and am always keen to provide my de-stressing services to those in need of some fur-therapy.
