Rosie 20 years
Kalamunda Vet Hospital, WA
Two decades on and still going strong!
Job titlePrecious Princess of the Practice and Head food inspector
My day-to-day task listMy day begins with my morning strech/ yoga class followed by a visit to our am receptionist Sarah for some cuddles, which is a gentle reminder to Feed Me! After my breakfast I go outside for some sunbaking, then return for second breakfast and cuddles when nurse Ginny arrives. The remainder of my day includes inspecting and watching over my kingdom, more sunbaking (or sleeping in the colder months) and then after a long and hard day of work it is time for dinner and sleep.
My favourite thingsSoaking up the sun in warmer weather after nurse Steph gives me my cat day spa wash and groom; And snuggling in my comfy bed for hours on end during the colder months catching up on Game of Thrones. Oh, and food :)
My naughtiest habitI do not believe I have any, however my human servants say I can occasionally use the back door garden as a littler tray whenever I see fit.
What do my clients think of me?I am known throughout many of the Kalamunda Clients however only a certain few have gazed upon my beauty, You could say I am a shy maiden
Other things you should know about me
Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all? Princess Rosie!
I may be nearly 20 yrs old but I'm aging gracefully and am quite confident that I don't appear to be a day older than 10 yrs, must be the fantastic food my human servants feed me! (Thanks Royal Canin!)
Though I am a princess I have no hesitation in getting my paws dirty. As you can see from my photo, I am very good at camouflaging and watching over my kingdom.
I hope I win Dermcare's Clinic Cat of the year so I can help my clinic continue to give the highest standard of care and treatment to our patients and their owners.
