Job titleDr Levi
My clinic dutiesChair warming, shedding on keyboards, checking the surgery heat mat is working in the morning
My favourite thingsEating and sleeping
My naughtiest habitToo many to mention! Sleeping in empty patient cat carriers and cages. Stealing food and drinking from water glasses. Hanging out in the stables and watching mice run around!
What makes me an important part of the team? While not particularly productive, Levi is always happy for a cuddle, to share a chair or hang out while on reception or writing histories
Other things you should know about me
Levi came into the clinic as part of a litter of stray kittens and their Mum, the others all found loving homes, but Levi preferred to stay with us at Yarrambat. As he has grown up in a mixed practice vet clinic he is very brave and isn't afraid of any animal, however the vacuum is very scary and perhaps his biggest fear is becoming a patient!
In late March 2019, Levi was diagnosed with hyerthyroidism and is taking twice daily medication to control this. While he isn't particularly enthusiastic about this development, he has been taking his medication well and is looking much better.
Levi would love some recognition for all his hard work and is definitely sure he is the best clinic cat getting around!
