People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day
Job titleThe Boss
My clinic dutiesYou can find me anywhere from scoping out patients in reception to making sure the surgery heat mat is working. I’m always making sure the vets and nurses are working hard but they get the odd break to pamper me. Other duties include taste testing food, typing on the computer, welcoming clients through the doors and providing moral support for worried patients.
My favourite thingsMy humans when they have food to share, strutting through reception and hunting for new things to claim as my own.
My naughtiest habitRefusing to come down from cupboards when it’s time to go home for the weekend, then refusing to come out from under the bed on Monday’s when I have to go to work. Throwing tantrums and pushing things off the desk when no one pays attention to me.
What makes me an important part of the team?Simply being me. I’m funny, playful and entertaining and I keep people smiling during the hard times. My staff and clients are always laughing at me, whether it’s the position I sleep in or the way I run around chasing things.

Onyx was found at a local soccer field when she was an itty bitty kitty. Once she arrived there was no way she was going anywhere, and so our vet clinic became her home.
A powerful protection stone, Black Onyx absorbs and transforms negative energy, and helps to prevent the drain of personal energy. Black Onyx aids the development of emotional and physical strength and stamina, especially when support is needed during times of stress, confusion or grief.
