A spoonful of Sugar
Job titleSugar, Queen of everything
My clinic dutiesSugar has many duties in our clinic, they include: - Head unicorn - Lead vocalist when singing happy birthday - Invader of personal space - Organiser of clinic events
My favourite thingsSugar has very few things that I would say are her favourite due to her nonchalant facial expressions, she does however run faster than the speed of light when a food package is opened.
My naughtiest habitWhilst we wouldn't really call Sugar your typical naughty cat, she does enjoy breaking into other patient's bags of food as well as trying to steal staff members lunches (whilst they are looking might we add).
What makes me an important part of the team?Sugar is the first thing that we all think about when we walk in the door in the morning and the last thing we think about before leaving in the evening (this is mainly due to the fact that she won't let us forget that it's feeding time at the zoo)!
Other things you should know about me
There are a few other things that we feel the public should know about Sugar and how she came into our lives. You see she was meant to be an adoption kitten, yes that's right, "Kitten", she also seemed to have some pretty terrible skin issues, half her tounge missing and even a slight limp. After some xrays, a dental procedure and much discussion between the entire staff, whilst we may have been told she was 12 months old, it is more likely this arthritic ridden, over groomer of a princess is actually much closer to 10 ! :O
We started to get her skin under control and her limp subsided and yet somehow, every single time the words 'adoption box' were mentioned, the limp came back, her skin flared up and something else would go wrong. We didn't exactly choose Sugar to be our clinic cat, she really didn't give us much of choice and to be honest, we really couldn't be happier!
