Jackie graduated from the University of Sydney in 2000 with a science degree. She obtained her graduate diploma in Food Technology from the University of New South Wales in 2009. She has worked in an environmental microbiology laboratory and in food manufacturing quality assurance and microbiology laboratories. In her role as Microbiologist, she enjoys working on research projects and supporting quality assurance. She also provides microbiology services for Dermcare's in house veterinary clinic. She has two rescue cats named Tidum and Elvis.
